If you aren’t into the Face Unlock feature, there is a more traditional fingerprint sensor located on the home button below the display too. Several vendors now sell phones with displays that are flexible.

The Galaxy Note 9 is said to arrive in the same timeline this year as Note 8, and the Korea Herald predicts the late August launch for the smartphone. This would be a massive upgrade from on the battery front, in comparison to the Galaxy Note 8. The presence of advanced Infinity Display design will make the Note 9 better than the Galaxy S9+. Maybe that could have freed up that wee bit more space for a slightly bigger display to be fitted.

According to tipster Ice Universe, the smartphone will either sport a 3850mAh battery, or a 4000mAh battery.

Now, before we show you the renders, it’s important to note that this is absolutely not what Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Note 9 is going to look like. There’s no mention of the OS, but we assume it must be running on Android as it carries the Galaxy branding in its name.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 will also come with a more powerful battery than everything Samsung has released lately. Smartphone makers like OnePlus, Xiaomi and Honor have also launched a red colour variant of their popular smartphone but, nothing quite like the Burgundy Red found on the Galaxy S8. The phone has dual 12-megapixel cameras in the rear and is as premium as the flagship could get with minor changes. The SoC is paired with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of storage, that supports expandable storage up to 256GB thanks to the presence of a microSD card slot.

Although the Galaxy S6 still performs pretty well with the newest Android Oreo, it has a very similar experience to the newest phones. As the initial reports on the matter emerged almost a month ago and elicited no public communication on Samsung’s part, the issue is presumed to only be affecting a small number of users.
